If you want a pool that looks resort-ready and feels comfortable on your skin, our premium plan offers a proven approach to keeping water light and clean while protecting finishes and equipment. Every visit is documented with a digital service log, so you always know what we tested, what we adjusted, and why. Serving Austin and the surrounding Hill Country: Lakeway, Bee Cave, Driftwood, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, Leander, and Jonestown.
Premium service starts at $300/month. We explain what your pool needs and keep it predictable.
We respond quickly and keep you informed before, during, and after service.
Your pool is maintained by a team trained as Certified Pool Operators (CPO), using consistent testing and a repeatable checklist.
Every visit is logged with readings, adjustments, and notes. You’ll get an email report and access to a customer portal for history.
We balance alkalinity, calcium, temperature, and stabilizer so water stays comfortable—and your surfaces stay protected.
We rely primarily on liquid chlorine and professional products (including Orenda) to keep water clear without piling on unnecessary chemicals.
Most pool companies stop at basic tests. We go further with science-driven water balance, clear documentation, and professional communication. The goal is simple: your pool stays clearer, more comfortable, and more predictable—week after week.
We manage stabilizer, calcium, and overall water balance together to protect surfaces and reduce chemical swings. Clearer water. Fewer issues. Long term protection.
We are Certified Pool Operators and stay current on water chemistry, equipment standards, and safety best practices. That means your pool is maintained using proven methods, not guesswork or outdated habits.
Your pool is serviced on a reliable weekly schedule, not “whenever we get to it.” We show up as promised, complete the full scope of work, and document each visit so nothing gets missed.
No guessing. You get a digital service log with readings, what was added, and what we noticed—plus a portal for your full service history.
We operate professionally with general liability and workers’ comp coverage. If you’re trusting someone with your backyard, details matter.
We focus on consistent communication, documented visits, and proactive water care for clients who value reliability and long term protection.
Send your address and a few details about the pool. We’ll respond during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm) and schedule a quick assessment.
We review pool size, features, trees, and current chemistry. Then we recommend Standard or Premium and provide clear monthly pricing.
You’ll get a consistent weekly route day. Before each visit, we text to notify you. Then we clean, test, and balance with a documented checklist.
After each visit, you receive an email report and your portal is updated.
Cheap service usually means cheap chemistry: heavy tabs, ignored calcium, and no plan for rising CYA. That’s how pools drift toward scale, etching, cloudy water, and equipment stress. We keep water balanced with LSI, control stabilizer, and document every visit—so you get premium pool maintenance that stays predictable.
Weekly cleaning, consistent sanitation, and stable chemistry (not just “quick checks”).
Instead of chasing single numbers, we balance your water as a complete system. That means fewer swings, less buildup, and better protection for your pool and equipment.
A real plan to lower CYA in your pool when it’s high—because chlorine has to be effective.
Standard starts at $260/month. Premium starts at $300/month. We’ll recommend the right plan for your pool and your goals.
"Want a pool that stays clear all season?"
Let’s get your weekly service dialed in—chemistry, cleanliness, and communication.
This is the stuff most pool services don’t explain: alkalinity, stabilizer (CYA), and what “best pool chemicals” really means for your pool. These answers reflect the exact approach we use in the field. Always follow local water restrictions before draining.
Total alkalinity acts like a “buffer” for pH. When alkalinity in a pool is too low, pH can bounce around and chlorine becomes harder to manage. When it’s too high, pH tends to drift upward and scale risk increases. We balance alkalinity as part of LSI—not in isolation—so the whole system stays stable.
The only reliable way to lower CYA is partial draining and dilution—removing some water and refilling with fresh water. Chemical “reducers” don’t work consistently in real-world pools. If you need to lower CYA in pool water, we’ll estimate how much water needs to be exchanged and time it responsibly.
Many tabs contain stabilizer, so every week of heavy tab use pushes CYA higher. Our default approach is liquid chlorine for sanitation. Tabs are used sparingly (typically peak summer) and we balance that use with liquid chlorine so CYA stays manageable.
“Best” depends on your water. For most pools, the foundation is a reliable sanitizer (we prefer liquid chlorine), plus pH and alkalinity control, and proper calcium balance. Premium care may include specialty products (including Orenda) designed to target organics, phosphates, metals, and calcium control—so water stays clean without simply adding more harsh chemicals.
